The whole key in life is to improve! To improve one needs to measure, keep track, or take analytics to previous actions. However, plenty people just don’t want to take the action. It takes both; measurements and action.

Why get on the scale to check your weight, if you’re not going to do anything about losing weight? Why check your bank account if you’re not going to take action to get and keep money in there!
As my man Seth said, “If you’re not prepared to change your diet or your workouts, don’t get on the scale.”
The scale or anything you measure is meant to give you data. If the data you receive won’t make you change or improve, then there is no need to measure!
