Put yourself in the other person’s shoes.
Before the customer asks for a refund… offer more help or a solution…
Before a team member asks for help… offer to help them. In other words… take the first swing by offering to help people and offering to more than you’d be given in return. Guess what? The Creator will compensate you what is left after.
Offer to help … volunteer your service!
Imagine what the other person needs, this is an exercise in empathy that if done repeatedly, it might just become a habit.
