This was a random thought for our Thursday Podcast; I was watching a movie and there was a scene where a lady came down with a terminal disease and was prognosed to live 3 to 6 months. Immediately, everyone around her began to treat her differently and this prompted me to talk about it here on this podcast.
How do you live with someone who is going to die? The question is a bit trickier than it appears because we’re all slated to die at some point (statistically speaking), but those who are giving a sentence based on a prognosis are mentally cheated because they become aware of a deadline given to them by their doctors or by statistics by others who suffered the same illness.
I encourage you to listen to the podcast and if you can leave a comment. To leave comments, for now, you will have to log into your Facebook account. If you don’t have a Facebook account, send in an email and we’ll deal with it that way. Thanks for tuning in, God bless!
