Get Your Financial Health Together

Today we are going to get a quick review of the previous ten days and then we’re going to move right into day 11.

Today we want to evaluate our self worth financially and also establish our financial goals. The way we’ve moved is knowing where we are… knowing what we want to do and then getting healthy enough to go after these goals for our spiritual and physical health and now a very important part of our health today is our financial help.

You need to be able to have the money to first live a comfortable life and then once you’re comfortable you can now imagine more money to do some of the things you actually desire. So for this date you want to see how much you are actually worth … what assets do you own and we definitely have to know the difference between an asset and a liability

You must know (for today) a rough number of where you want to be financially in a month … six months … year… five years and 10 years and then ultimately your entire life you want to understand those things so tomorrow after you found out where you are financially we’re going to learn and understand some simple sciences of money and in the following day will learn some of the more advanced sciences of money.

Homework assignment... find out how much you’re worth… to do this on a very general level you should find out what is your monthly cash flow…

After all bills and expenses are paid… how much do you have left to do whatever with…

Find out what assets you own… real estate (and not your home)… assets are things that bring in a monthly cashflow for you (whatever it is…how much gold is left after your expenses is an asset)! 

After you realize where you are financial… write out general goals to help you identify where you want to go and be financially in the increments mentioned earlier.

To think you can fix something by simply treating the symptoms (pharmaceutical health treatment), is as wise as building your house upon the sand.

Prescription drugs (pharmacy treatment) only work on the symptoms… that is they will take out the cough, knock out the knee-ache, reduce inflammation, but they will not resolve the problem. For this reason, taking drugs as the answer to remedying health problems is vain, and actually will cause further problems. Look at what all the drugs on the market help, and then look at all the known and possible side effects. I’d only use them to stable the discomfort while treating the entire body and actual cause of the discomfort.

So let’s say you have a disease such as diabetes type 2… the mainstream medicines on the market are only meant to regulate or control the symptoms and never remove the disease or condition. Turning Your Life Around in 30 Days – Day 6 – Build Brain Cells

 

Today we’re going to take another step towards improving the outset of our lives by doing something most people believe can’t be done. Most people view this as unimaginable… it is simply build more brain cells by getting more ideas to help ignite movement towards our goals.

 

How do you build brain cells and develop the mind with the mindset to have success with your current goals? You have to read books. You have to get insight from people who are doing the things you want to do. So at some point you have to put down the Harry Potter books and pick up a book that will be more constructive in pushing you towards your goals.

Build Brain Cells

This would mean you get personal development books, books that teach you how to do your objective, how someone else accomplished your objectives, how to get the confidence to go after your objectives, and things along these lines. It is how you build your dream and vision, if you get yourself up and meet with these people via their books and courses and learn.

Here are some recommended books from the video:

Start with these and read each for a maximum of a month, but then reread them at least three times. Rereading these books at least three times do something to your mind… but you have to have the discipline to read them three times. So let’s say you read Think and Grow Rich the first week. The second week, you read You Were Born Rich, and then week three, you read the Book of Proverbs.

Week four, you pick up Think and Grow Rich again, and this time take good notes and blog about what you’re learning and share it. Week five, read You Were Born Rich, and do the same, blog and share… and week six, read Proverbs, blog and share what you’ve learned and how it has enhanced your life. This will build so many brain cells for you and do some magic in your life. Nevertheless, do this three times through before you read another book.
