The other day I watched a movie about some stuff that goes on in some nations in Africa. It was sad how some children are treated, and how brainwashed they are to many of their superiors.
It was not a pretty sight and left me feeling sad for their circumstances.
After the movie, an email came in from a lady who has a daughter and she was requesting if anyone could help take her daughter to practices and games over the next couple weeks because she is scheduled to have surgery on her brain.
I paused a moment and asked the Creator to shove my complaints and “so-called” problems in life off His desk. I realize and know the Creator has bigger things to tend to.
My problems are relatively small when put up against some things people are going through everyday. I lift these people up in prayer before the Creator. I also ask that I learn to be content and leave complaining alone.
What kind of problems have you faced that got smaller when you saw some of the problems of other people in the world?
The world we live in is one where if you aren’t doing what you truly want to do with your life, it is basically because you are not paying attention!
There are television programs where the point of the show, the thesis of the show, is to comment or talk about another show. Some people are reality show junkies; they can’t get away from the show, and further, they can’t get away from talking about the (reality) show at work with other junkies or with people that do not care at all but listen anyway.
So how does talking about reality shows have anything to do with you living the life you want to? Well, these days, you can start a blog style website absolutely free or you can pay anywhere from 50 bucks on downward for a pretty tidy weblog that you can share your thoughts on wax on the shows you enjoy and get paid for it?
How can you do that?
Of course you can, and what you don’t know is that you would probably develop a following, a readership and viewership, and a pretty awesome blog/website talking about another show.
Forget talking about another show, what about talking and sharing something you’re passionate about? Well, I guess you can be passionate about a show. You can do it, and it is right in you right now; all you need is the training and the knowledge of how to put it together.
The good news is that there is a way to build a blog style website on a sturdy hosting and content management platform. And it will be made simple, so simple that it will be very easy to blog, an 80 year young grandma can do it from her brain new smartphone.
Start blogging about the stuff you talk about most often throughout the day and I bet you, you’ll enjoy doing it so much, tons of others will enjoy watching and listening to you do just that! Shows talking about other shows is not new, and that is why you are in the best time in history; you can start your show right now!
Today we’re going to take another step towards improving the outset of our lives by doing something most people believe can’t be done. Most people view this as unimaginable… it is simply build more brain cells by getting more ideas to help ignite movement towards our goals.
How do you build brain cells and develop the mind with the mindset to have success with your current goals? You have to read books. You have to get insight from people who are doing the things you want to do. So at some point you have to put down the Harry Potter books and pick up a book that will be more constructive in pushing you towards your goals.
Build Brain Cells
This would mean you get personal development books, books that teach you how to do your objective, how someone else accomplished your objectives, how to get the confidence to go after your objectives, and things along these lines. It is how you build your dream and vision, if you get yourself up and meet with these people via their books and courses and learn.
Here are some recommended books from the video:
Start with these and read each for a maximum of a month, but then reread them at least three times. Rereading these books at least three times do something to your mind… but you have to have the discipline to read them three times. So let’s say you read Think and Grow Rich the first week. The second week, you read You Were Born Rich, and then week three, you read the Book of Proverbs.
Week four, you pick up Think and Grow Rich again, and this time take good notes and blog about what you’re learning and share it. Week five, read You Were Born Rich, and do the same, blog and share… and week six, read Proverbs, blog and share what you’ve learned and how it has enhanced your life. This will build so many brain cells for you and do some magic in your life. Nevertheless, do this three times through before you read another book.
Congratulations when you do this because you will feel like you’ve stepped out of one dimension and into another. Subscribe to our newsletter for greater details on what we’re covering here!
One of the more difficult things to do in our lives is to admit when we are wrong. There is a wide case of incidents where people keep going down the wrong path because they won’t admit to a fault. You have to admit when you’re confused and if you are confused you should take a break and pull away from the event or objective and refocus.
What to Do When Confused?
In today’s podcast Daniels talks about how and why we need to take a break from the action when we are at a point of confusion. People like to continue and force the issue instead of regrouping and coming back stronger and better. Confusion only slows you down and could destroy you.
When you are not confused, you can move faster, think better, and get to your objectives quicker. Taking action becomes very simple when you who do not have confusion in your brain that causes hesitancy. It is similar to taking a trip and “kind of” knowing where you are going and knowing where you are going.
“Kind of” knowing where you are going will leave you driving slower and you’re going to stop more often for help assistance and things of that nature. Knowing where you’re going you can go straight shot and get their only needing to stop for breathers and gasoline. Little do we notice that sometimes when we don’t go after our dreams or pursue different goals in life is because our brain is simply trying to protect us. Our brain, the subconscious mind, is going to protect us to keep us where we feel safe, where we feel comfortable.
Have you ever done something once or twice and seem to be able to do it in the future without even thinking? Such as drive a certain route, or making a particular meal, these are things we come to know so well we literally can daydream the whole process and still complete it well enough. I’ve done this numerous times where I sit back in the car, fall into a light trance thinking about stuff yet I’m driving home as safely and normally as ever.
No you don’t have to worry that a guy is in a trance and operating a vehicle, because my brain has figure out how to do it without me focusing on it. This is what the title, “Automate my Brain Please,” means.
One of the most difficult things to do in our world is to think. People hate to do it and at any opportunity they usually run from it. People ideally want someone else to do the thinking for them. This is why we cling to leaders, join groups clubs and social hangouts.
This is why consultants are highly paid, and this is why so many people work jobs. This is also why so many people hate their jobs or get bored with it. I had a buddy, who told me he was bored with his job, and he played in the NBA; I thought it cannot get more exciting than playing in the NBA.
The thing here is that our brain likes to take it easy and put forth the least amount of effort. What the brain will do is learn something well the first time doing so. After a couple of routines the brain will begin to look for shortcuts to make the task easier and done faster and more affective. It ultimately wants to do the task without any thinking.
Thinking burns up a lot of energy and let’s face it; people are not into the burning calories, I mean energy. This is how habits are born, be they good or bad; it is an automatic process the brain does whether you like it or not or notice it or not.
Please Automate My Brain
Neurologists have studied the brain and have traced the triggers in the actual brain that shows the formation of habits. Studies have suggested that anything can become a habit; we all want brain automation for things we desire, such as making more money, have better health, having more freedom to spend time with the people we want, and get the girl or guy of our dreams. Nevertheless, we desire these things without clearly making them habits first.
This means we do not make the behavior a habit or automate as we did with something like brushing our teeth every morning. If we take a task, as arduous or as simple as ever and do it every day nearly without thinking about how difficult it is; it soon will become habitual.
Our brains will automate the process for us making it something we do without even thinking. The brain will find ways to make it easier to do and more efficient if we put enough initial thought into it, our brain will handle the rest. The brain likes to take it easy and will find a way to do that with all habits.
Whether it is washing dishes or writing articles, eating healthier, or exercising we can make it a strong habit by asking our brain to automate the thinking process. We take the same routes to work or events for a reason; the main reason is we can get there without thinking.
Put the brain back to work by taking different routes, introduce a new route every day so that the brain automates all of the new routes and is constantly working. Beyoncé sang a song saying, “Upgrade You” and the brain is telling you let me “automate you” and that is simply building habits.
Ps: I have a newsletter titled Life’s A Game and it is a challenge to play the game of life to live what Tim Ferris called the 4 hour work week. On the newsletter I’ll introduce to you money making programs you can choose from and the brain habits to do these programs efficiently and profitably to the tune of $300 to $1000 a day.
I’ll also have healthy living programs for weight loss, health makeovers, and more; I also will show how to personally develop into the person you really deep down want to be.
I do this all by giving instructions and tasks you do to make them habit and your brain automates the rest. Join this newsletter TODAY and I mean right now in order to make your brain make habits that will finally change your life for the better…you know the way you really deep down want things.
