Happy July 4th and Quick SEO Lesson

SEO Lessons quick and easy
SEO Lessons

Hey if you are a business owner or just a plain-Jane-ole blogger and you want to get the drop on SEO; GLUE your eyes to this short blog post for the next 5 minutes. Happy July 4th by the way to my American USA readers.

I want to share a quick SEO lesson, and I usually hate doing these because Uncle Google (yes we have Uncle Sam, and now Uncle Google) likes to change things so quick on your ass by the time I hit “publish” we got something new on our hands.

At any rate, I won’t let that deter me because the greatest SEO lesson anyone can get is the one that teaches you to be sure your articles or website or web page is relevant to what the reader was looking for or wants. If not, Google will remove you so fast, you’ll start calling Google – Usain Bolt – you’ll be saying “I’m going to Usain-Bolt it” instead of saying “I’m going to Google it.”

Google tracks things better than the FBI and NSA put together, so they know who has been naughty or nice when it comes to relevance. The other basic you need are backlinks. This is simply to show you are well liked online.

Quick SEO Lesson

When people link back to your website, they are telling the search engines something. For instance, if you have a website or you like this article and you retweet it or post it to your FaceBook group, or simply put a link on your website or webpage, I will get a backlink for it (go ahead and do it, I appreciate it).

This is all you pretty much need to know when it comes to SEO (Search Engine Optimization). There are so many places to go online to learn extensive or quick SEO lessons from; but this simple post will help you get your shoes on. Of course there are tools, tricks, methods, and deeper processes that will help you get better or move faster; but with much studying the mind gets paralyzed and confused. Stay basic.

Okay, you can get back to your hot-links, burgers, BBQ chicken and ribs and of course the firecrackers, but use these quick SEO lesson tips to help you be better found by your target audience.

What Do You Do When Need Extra Money?

Get the Money You Need

Have you decided to earn extra money to pay some bills or buy something new like a boat, car, or big ass entertainment system? What are your options? Pick up a second or third job, join one of those funny “pyramid schemes”, or go online as an affiliate marketer are the top options (I did not forget going back to school or begging for a raise from your current job).

Today it is easier than you believe or think but the key is that you can’t get caught up in HYPE! You have to focus on what you want and do that only.

You’d prolly (probably) be better off working with people who know what their doing or know how to do what you want to do; so you can bypass the learning curve and borrow someone elses’ experience.

Now this month alone, I’ve been able to make an additional $1,500 and I did not do anything except blog about things I know about and things I enjoy. If you can do that it will become very simple to make that extra money to get what you want (whatever it is).*

To do this you need to produce a good product or become an affiliate of a great product. It would prolly be better to do the latter; why not let someone else do all the work of making a product, building a website, testing the site, and making sure it sells, then you just promote it and take home a commission. This is harder than it was to read and write, but it is very simple.

The way to do this is the blog and blog often. This is rather easy to do if you have a passion on the subject you’re blogging about. Video blogging is popular and learning some marketing and advertising methods. You can learn how to do this by website that shows the best ways to make money online at home. The key is to stay focused!

Have fun today

Selling Bullies and Storytelling

Selling Bullies and Storytelling

Stop the Bullying

When I was in the sixth grade, my family had just moved from Atlanta Georgia to Chicago. I was attending a new school, new environment, and had to meet and acquaint with new friends. As you know when in school at that age you’re prone to run into a few bullies.

Well I ran into three kinds who all turned into buddies of mine (how I did that is later in this article). The weird thing is that these three bullies turn buddies all had three different agendas, and three different methods to their madness.

The first one was a white guy named Tommy C., he was a mental bully. Played tricks on you that were not funny, except to him. Find deceptive ways to trick you out of money or your possessions. This is when I learned that I had to learn how to listen very well.

I had to learn to listen to what people were actually saying, if not they could walk off with my prized possessions. After a few gimmicks by Tommy, I caught on and with Jedi-type mind tricks and power; I started to block his force (haha). I really get a kick out of that because of how easy it was for Tommy to con me. Tommy was a bully that just wanted to take advantage of people.

The second bully was a black guy name Deon M., Deon was a physical bully. He was one of those one and done bullies where he just wanted to establish the relationship he was going to form with you. He would be equivalent to the friend of yours who says to you, “where did you get that silly outfit from,” and then the next day you see him or her with the exact outfit or something very similar.

This led to a big verbal disagreement, which led to a good ole fashion fist fight.

Deon would make fun of me and attempt to threaten me for my lunch or whatever. I caught onto his MO and gave him a taste of his own medicine. This led to a big verbal disagreement, which led to a good ole fashion fist fight. I actually don’t remember the details of the fight (no I didn’t get knocked out), I don’t remember who got the better of the other; but I do know we were inseparable after this altercation.

The last of the three bullies was Corey S., he was another physical bully. He wanted to conquer you if he felt you had any upper edge on him in anything. I started to emerge as a good basketball player, and this began to take the limelight from the stage he was setting up for himself. After this I noticed him threatening to make me a “gang violence” victim. I was constantly picked on by him, even in class in front of the teacher. He is the reason I really feel bad for kids who get bullied because I did not like how I felt around this guy at all.

 Selling Bullies and Storytelling

With his type of bullying, I had to actually be prepared to take a butt-whooping for it to stop. That is exactly what I prepared myself to do. I told Corey S. that he needed to cut it out, and of course he gave the famous bully line, “What are you going to do about it.” I replied “do it again and find out.” I was so scared (although I didn’t show it) I would have rather seen a real ghost. He squared up to me and we began to fight. Before I could get into it my older brother was walking down the hall and hemmed up Corey faster than a Dodge Challenger can go from 0 to 60.

My brother was throwing Corey around the hallway like a bear would a human, it was like a ragdoll. Then finally Corey’s brother came down the hall and saw the madness and jumped in to save his brother. Now Corey and his brother were known in the streets, so I worried that even if my brother and I won, we would be the losers because guns and bigger thugs would be invited to the party (both of which my brother and I didn’t have). Well after my brother handles Corey’s brother a few threats were thrown out after the fight, but that was it. My brother, Corey, and Corey’s brother all became one big happy family.

I ended all the bullying because I stood up to all of them by first knowing what my consequences were going to be. I knew that if I stood up to Tommy C., he would further mentally manipulate me, or I’d lose his ‘so-called’ friendship or association. With Deon, I could get beat up and have to endure further fights, and with Corey I could really get beat up (he had stronger physical stature than Deon), and perhaps get killed (all his back up).

You do have to be wise and calculated when facing or standing up to your bully.

I’ve always had a deep feeling in me that I did not like to pick on people, cause trouble, or hassle anyone; so for someone to do it to me really burned my gears. This is why it did not take long for me to make my move against a bully. You do have to be wise and calculated when facing or standing up to your bully. But I think this story will help anyone who is facing a bully. You have to stand up to them and let them know that they will just have to remove you. You can stand up by getting the authorities involved as well (but just know the authorities will always have to be around).

Selling Bullies and Storytelling

The biggest bully today for most adults is life. Life comes around every month asking for rent money, lunch money, car note money, children money, clothing money, and what do people generally do with this bully? “Here you go Mr. or Mrs. Life, here’s my money, what I have to work overtime, but I haven’t seen my kids in weeks.

What I can’t take a vacation, but my back is killing me. What, I have this disease because of this, okay I will take the prescriptions to nurse it (in my softest voice possible).”

You can do like I did to my childhood bullies, you can stand up to them; you can face life and be prepared for what it is throwing you and throw back or you can keep getting bullied. You can keep missing time with your spouse, your kids, your friends and family that really matter.

You can stand up and tell life, “THAT’S IT, I’m not taking this stuff anymore.” You can tell life to zip it, an you are going to take your life back! Bullies spend time selling you fear, because they missed out on the storytelling. Don’t be bullied by life any more, take your life back right now!

Benefits of Blogging

The Key Benefits of Blogging

Blogging Benefits

The average Joseph and Josephina does not know what writing a blog can do for them on a daily basis. Blogging can be viewed as nerdy or something that just takes up time without giving the instant gratification society has grown use to. Recently blogging however has left the nerd station and has become sexy. Some very informed people have realized the many benefits of blogging and I want to share a few here in this article.

I’ll start out by just refreshing you on what a blog is. The original term for blog was weblog. A weblog is simply a log of content people keep. Before blogs came into the scene, websites were mainly flash or static. Now a weblog can be kept for visitors to websites to go back and view what this website (online journal of a website) has been up to for the last few months, years, or days. So a blog is just like keeping a journal, the things young girls write in to get their emotions out in print, and talk about who they have a secret crush on. With this background info, what is the benefit of blogging?

The key benefit for me is the capability to improve my thinking. A guy I work with explained this to me in detail. Anything kept track of and consistently written on will improve the brain’s processing of that information. Processing things better helps the brain cognitively, and this helps one think better. I used this process before my colleague showed it to me and it has helped me in many different topics I ventured to learn about. I’d simply journal or blog my experience and what I learned. It helps to retain it better, communicate it easier, thus helping the brain process it. This is thinking better.

How is this done? Ask questions and answer them. If questions are not looming (in your mind), go find questions people are asking and answer those questions for them. This does twofold of things for benefit; it will allow for the development of good content topics for blogging, and allow for learning and thinking better on that subject. By answering questions, it is forcing the brain to work in the figure of thinking.

The second benefit of blogging

The second benefit of blogging is the potential to earn an income. Many people begin blogging for this purpose only, and that is okay because done well, the other benefits will add themselves. Blogging for income is not an overnight “money banger” but if done consistently for the first 90 days, and the blog is monetized correctly, income will become apparent. There are many ways to earn money from blogging. Once your blog has been set up, setting us ads, Google Adsense (program), using affiliate programs and products, and developing individual products to advertise on blogs are the obvious and easiest ways to bring in cash while blogging.

In order to earn money, good quality content is a must. Spitting out junk will have people avoid such blog and with no visitors, monetizing a blog is extremely difficult. So far thinking better and making money are two of the benefits; whoever would have thought thinking and money would go hand-in-hand.

By blogging, a blogger is able to help other people. How-to blogs, educational blogs, product review, or just entertaining blogs help the reader or viewer and that is a benefit successful bloggers enjoy. In order to be successful with this, the blogger has to give quality-solution providing material and this is how blogging helps others.

Blogs that help other people helps turn the blogger into a known expert in his or her field. In the past, a stay at home mother started a blog about how she handled being a mom, wife, and stay at home person (mom). That simple hobby grew immensely and people began to come to her for advice. She was able to help hundreds of people and mothers all across the world began to view her as an expert. This is one of the benefits of blogging. Bloggers can get press passes to events in their niche, and get media spots because they are viewed as experts in their field. This is a great benefit to blogging.

There are other benefits; however, these four really stand out to me. Taking the first step and starting a blog is the key. Imagine starting a hobby that takes perhaps half an hour a day and it helps one think better, earn money, help others, and become an expert. If that does not make one go out and begin blogging, I just don’t know what will. It is very easy to begin a blog today; it can start for less than 25 bucks a month. Get started today and enjoy the benefits of blogging!
